They tend to prefer fewer, deeper conversations.
They listen. They observe. They often remember details.

The problem is that traditional networking was built around a very extroverted model: crowded rooms, quick introductions and constant social energy.

Change the environment and suddenly the introvert's strengths become obvious.

Networking doesn't require you to become someone else.

It only requires a way to meet people that allows you to use who you are already well.
