Julie Pinkerton, CLU, ChFC, LUTCF Founder & CEO
Evozen, LLC

Pure and simple, I love to connect people.
My greatest satisfaction is when
I am able to help great people find
other great people.

For more than 30 years, Julie has had a front-row seat to the golden ticket that drives firm growth: favorable connections. She built a client-facing financial and risk management practice from the ground up, then moved into national executive roles at some of the top names in the insurance and investment industry. In these roles, she has worked closely with elite tax, legal, accounting and private banking professionals as part of the planning process. She has been privy to the best-of-the-best up close and knows that even they quietly struggle with peer networking.

A Texas native, Julie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business in Waco. She is a national speaker, frequent podcast guest and contributing writer for U.S. News & World Report, where she covers advisor driven topics in wealth, financial planning and risk management.

As a leading industry professional, she serves on the American College of Financial Services Alumni Council as Co-Chair of the Student Experience Committee. She also sits on the National Board for Women in Insurance & Financial Services as Director of the At-Large Chapter, bringing together females advisors across the country.

As an entrepreneur, she has been regularly selected in competitive programs. Most recently, she was the only female-led firm selected for the Conductor’s 10X Growth Accelerator’s 9th Cohort and also twice selected for The Venture Center’s VCWoman Achieve program, both as mentor and mentee. She was awarded the Nashville Entrepreneur Center’s Diversity Scholarship for their PreFlight Accelerator and again selected for the inaugural class of their InFlight Accelerator. Over the years, she has earned multiple production awards during her personal production and wholesaling career.

In her Franklin, Tennessee community, she has been a long-time supporter for One Generation Away, a 501(c)(3), whose goal is to wipe hunger off the face of America. She has also worked with BrightStone, a community for adult children with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), as well as Old Friends Senior Dog Sanctuary, a Forever Foster Home center located in Mount Juliet, Tennessee.

But, the connections most critical for her are those of her family.

Julie and her husband, David, celebrate 40 years of marriage in 2026 and are the proud parents of two canine rescues, Tate and Zoe. The Pinkerton’s treasure experiences and have visited all 50 states, 37 countries and 3 continents with Asia on the horizon. As a child, Julie wanted to be a National Geographic photojournalist, so she rounds out her writing with award-winning nature and travel photography.

Both also brake for turtles.
